Our Mission

Our knowledgeable instructors create a friendly and safe environment for learners to produce successful outcomes. We identify the strengths and barriers of each students' academic performance. This approach produces higher test scores, improved school rankings, and life-long confident learners. We aim to bridge the gap between academics and creativity by integrating performing arts with academia to make learning fun.

Our Philosophy

All of our instructors follow one basic philosophy and believe that performing arts captivates the mind, opening gateways to understanding subjects that are more technical. Once students realize that each core subject is rooted in the arts, they will continue to build a strong foundation to advanced learning.

OSI believes that every child is a “learning instrument” despite their resources, socio-economic status, ethnicity or race. Our resilient strategies and intervention ensures our beliefs, secures our objectives and expected outcomes in both Reading and English.

Our Policies

Our Policies

Omnichen Solutions, Inc. prohibits illegal discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, immigration status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, family/parental status, marital status, age, physical or mental disability, poverty and socioeconomic status, language, or other legally or constitutionally protected attributes or affiliations. Discrimination undermines our community’s long-standing efforts to create, foster, and promote equity, inclusion, and acceptance for all. Some examples of discrimination include acts of hate, violence, insensitivity, harassment, bullying, disrespect, or retaliation. For more information, please review your County Board of Education Policy ACA, Nondiscrimination, Equity, and Cultural Proficiency. This Policy affirms the Board’s belief that each and every student matters, and in particular, that educational outcomes should never be predictable by any individual’s actual or perceived personal characteristics.

The Policy also recognizes that equity requires proactive steps to identify and redress implicit biases, practices that have an unjustified disparate impact, and structural and institutional barriers that impede equality of educational or employment opportunities.
